Hengyang Nanhu Park

Hengyang Nanhu Park is located in Yanfeng District of Hengyang City, which is the largest wetland park in Hengyang City. It is adjacent to Hongxiang South Road in the East, Yuelin road in the south, Gaoling road in the West and Yumu road in the north, with a total area of more than 3700 mu. The first phase covers an area of 1248 mu, including a reservoir area of more than 500 mu. The total investment of the first phase is 360 million yuan. The first phase was completed in May 2014. With ecological protection as the goal, we should form a natural green landscape system with self-healing ability and self purification ability, make full use of natural landscape vegetation, and build a comprehensive park with water surface as the theme and leisure as the main function.

About the park

Hengyang Nanhu Park is located in Yanfeng District of Hengyang City, an important town in central and southern China. It is the park with the largest wetland area in Hengyang City. It is one of the top ten infrastructure supporting projects in Hengyang City in 2013.

Hengyang Nanhu Park, with a total area of 3700 mu, is mainly composed of Yuejin reservoir in Yanfeng district. It is adjacent to Hongxiang South Road in the East, Yuelin road in the south, Gaoling road in the west, Yumu road in the north, and 700 meters away from Yihuan West Road.
