Kasi dungeon Valley is located in Kasi village on the west side of Gongga snow mountain, Kasi village in the South and xigerang ancient bingdou on the southwest slope of xiannairi in the East. The valley is 12 kilometers long and the maximum depth of the valley is 1000 meters. The walls of the valley stand thousands of feet. It is magnificent and dangerous. The hell gate, hell palace, ghost cliff, Tathagata peak and black waterfall formed by strange cliffs and rocks are vivid and imaginative. The mirror formed by weathering of dolomite in gouwei, the hieroglyphic rock formations of "hell torture" such as Tianping scale, broadsword, and Dao Jian, are very consistent with the legend of "digaogu", which is amazing.

Cass dungeon Valley, one of the eight cold forest (corpse forest) mentioned in Buddhist classics, is the only way for human body to enter heaven from the mortal world. Through the valley of dungeon, we really arrive at heaven - "the holy mountain of sanhuzhu".

Features and introduction

Gully: calcified color pool, calcified package wood, calcified beach flow, calcified waterfall. There are many primeval forests, grotesque rocks, flying springs and waterfalls roaring. What's more, the lover tree and the millennium old cypress are rare. Kasi village is built by Dongyi River and kaszhongjie holy mountain. There are more than ten families in the village, most of them are three-story Tibetan structure buildings. The overall layout of Kasi village houses is reasonable, scattered and orderly, and the terrain is clear-cut. After the construction of the village, sakas Zhongen holy mountain is tall, straight and majestic. The two peaks of the holy mountain face each other, and there is a stream flowing out between the two peaks.

Geological science landscape

Kasi section: located in Kasi area, it is a suite of albite schist, shoshonite, clastic rock and carbonate assemblage. In the 1:200000 regional survey, it is named Kasi group, and the age belongs to pre Sinian system. In the 1:50000 regional survey, the section is revised and named Kasi group again, and three Cambrian fossil assemblages are obtained for the first time, and the age belongs to Sinian Cambrian. It is a rare place to study stratigraphy and sequence stratigraphy.

KAS digaogu KAS gorge is located in the north of Dongyi River, with an altitude of 2464m-3980m. It starts from zangka in the South and ends at peiya in the north, with a maximum depth of 2000m and a length of 40m.

Kasidigaogu Dongyi gorge is located in the upper reaches of Dongyi River, with an altitude of 2500-3600 meters. It starts from Gewa in the South and ends at Dangzhuo in the north, with a length of about 40 km. The maximum depth of the gorge is 2000 meters. The two cliffs of the gorge face each other, and only a line of blue sky is visible, which is quite spectacular.
