It used to be a 7-kilometer-long, 1.5-kilometer-wide, southeast northwest huangshagang. It has rich tourism resources, such as human resources, rich products, beautiful scenery, many relics and rich cultural heritage.

In the 1970s, the focus of economic development was focused on the yellow sand which had been sleeping for thousands of years, and the only legal sand mining enterprise in the county, Shizhuang placer mine, was founded. After more than 30 years of mining, there are still more than 8 million cubic meters of Huangsha resources in the whole mining area, forming a vast ocean in many places. Formerly known as "fragrant peanuts, sweet pears, and Huangsha selling money", huangshagang no longer exists. The income of the masses from the land has declined sharply, which has become a bottleneck restricting the local economic and social development. "Peanuts are fragrant, pears are sweet, and yellow sands sell well.". This folk song was widely spread in huangshagang in the 1970s. As time goes on, people add "the ancestral food they eat, the money they use from their descendants" to the original ballads. But in 2011, this ballad has a new change, "beautiful lake scenery, new paradise, three industries also earn money, change waste into treasure new miracle, children and grandchildren enjoy ten thousand years". This changing ballad not only shows people's support and praise for the development and construction of Jinsha lake, but also vividly interprets the scientific development of Jinsha lake.

The development and construction of Jinsha Lake involves three neighborhood committees: Taoyuan, Xiangyang and Lianghe. The appearance of Jinsha lake is changing with each passing day, and the life of local farmers is also undergoing great changes - from farmers to citizens, their identity is changing, their living environment has also been improved, and they are very happy with the new life beside Jinsha lake. At present, the greening and cleaning work of the bathing place are all handed over to the local government

Farmers bear the responsibility. There are six shops in the bathing beach, all of which are operated by local farmers. Of the 106 staff, 46 came from local sources.

In the tourist service center at the entrance of the bathing beach, there is a shop that deals in swimming supplies and various kinds of small food. Its contractor is Xia Zhengfu, director of Taoyuan neighborhood committee. This 27 square meter shop is tendered by him with an annual rent of 8000 yuan. His wife and daughter-in-law are responsible for watching the shop. When there are many tourists, the daily sales can reach more than 3000 yuan.

In order to support the development and construction of Jinsha lake, Xia Zhengfu demolished his 200 square meter house. According to the regulations, he can buy back two large apartments in the resettlement area. Before long, the first batch of resettlement houses will be handed over. Xia Zhengfu happily told reporters that the resettlement community is located in the county. Not long ago, the resettlement community ranked first in the evaluation of the quality of commercial housing in the county, which makes the relocated households feel at ease. "There are good schools in the neighborhood, county kindergartens, experimental primary schools and No.1 Senior high schools are very close. We can directly enroll our children with the demolition certificate," he told reporters

Wang hengbing, 56, is also an old resident of Taoyuan neighborhood committee. He used to grow food on more than one mu of farmland. Now he is the vehicle manager of Jinsha Lake bathing beach. He works from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and gets 2000 yuan a month. In the development and construction of Jinsha lake, his 110 square meter house was demolished. He happily told reporters that he is also preparing to buy back two houses in the resettlement area, one for the old couple to live by themselves, and the other for his younger son.

"Now we don't have idle people here." Xia Zhengfu told reporters. In addition to migrant workers, many local people are contributing to the development and construction of Jinsha lake. The soft sand beach, about 1km long, is covered with footprints. Tourists are sitting in twos and threes under red umbrellas to have a rest and chat. On the clear lake not far away, a speedboat drives by, and the waves are pushed to the shore layer by layer. Gusts of wind, let the summer all disappear. The unique resource advantage is the potential of the development and construction of Jinsha lake. In order to fully enlarge the advantages and make the new "business card" more shining, Funing County has made a high-level positioning for the development and construction of Jinsha lake.

Main attractions

Jinsha lake will be divided into six functional areas: Freshwater bathing area, core resort area, ancient town temple area, wetland conservation area, eco-tourism area and cultural leisure area. It will be built into the largest freshwater beach eco-tourism resort in China with multiple functions including leisure vacation, business exhibition, hydrophilic entertainment, real-life CS field base, cultural experience and tourism real estate.

Li Jianbing, the person in charge of Jinsha Lake Tourist Resort, said that "after the opening of Jinsha lake ski resort, Jinsha Lake tourist attraction has launched a real person CS field training program, which has greatly promoted the richness of winter entertainment and the popularization of national fitness movement in Jinsha Lake tourist attraction.".

In recent years, with the breakthrough, breakthrough and acceleration of traffic construction in Funing, 231 provincial road, 329 provincial road and Shanghai Road, Jinan road and Nanjing Road in Chengnan New Area not only constitute the traffic network of Jinsha Lake extending in all directions, but also integrate this area into the three hour metropolitan area of Yangtze River Delta.
