Rongjiang red seventh army historical exhibition hall is located in the west of Guzhou Middle Road, Guzhou Town, Rongjiang county. It was originally Guizhou Guzhou general Army Department in Qing Dynasty, and was built in 1730. The former site of the seventh army headquarters of the Red Army is a quadrangle building, which is rectangular in shape. The existing gatehouse, front hall, back hall, left and right wing rooms, back yard and North and South ear rooms have two patios and are surrounded by brick fire walls, covering an area of more than 2900 square meters.
There are 410 pieces of cultural relics in the museum, including 3 pieces of grade II, 14 pieces of grade III documents and 393 pieces of general cultural relics. There are six exhibition halls in the museum, including the preface hall, Baise uprising hall, political department hall, the exhibition hall of the seventh Red Army entering Rongjiang, revolutionary martyrs hall, and revolutionary meritorious officials hall. Taking the battle history of the seventh Red Army as the main line, the museum displays in the form of display cabinets the replica cultural relics used by the seventh Red Army during their lifetime, such as knives, grenades, clothes, glasses, kerosene lamps, etc., with pictures, charts, sculptures, and articles on display There are 246 works (pieces) of objects and paintings, and the exhibition line is nearly 300 meters long. Modern exhibition means such as TV, projection, audio-visual and model are used, which enriches the exhibition effect in many aspects.
