Luojiadong temple is a combination of Tibetan and Chinese. It was built in the first year of Jingtai in the Ming Dynasty and destroyed by fire in the 11th year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty. During the reign of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty, Luo Zhongcheng, a local philanthropist, initiated and raised money to build the temple. The Jiamuyang living Buddha Committee of Labrang temple in Gannan sent master Tang Luoze to lead craftsmen to carve Buddha statues. It was finally built in the 6th year of Guangxu, and held the opening ceremony of Longhua Charity Association. In 1958, the temple was destroyed again, cultural relics were lost, and the Lama returned to the secular life. In 1982, at the initiative of the local religious monks and with the support of the government, Xiarong living Buddha of the Tang Dynasty helped to rebuild 100 Buddha statues. The temple was rebuilt, and an endless stream of people came to burn incense and worship Buddha.
There is another legend in luojiadong temple. It is said that the first mage of the temple was named pantangwache jiluozhu. He was a bhiksuni in Nepal. He practiced Esoteric Buddhism and had profound attainments. In order to achieve good results, he traveled a long distance to the East as instructed by his master. He came to Bingling Temple in Liujiaxia, which is a night sleeping temple. He dreamed that his master said, "if you go eastward, you will see a red cliff, red cliff, sword peak and white earth cap The Yellow River Bends like a Tai Chi diagram, and the place where the river flows back to the west is where you practice. The next day, pan tangwa walked all the way to the East. Sure enough, he saw a place with red mountains and white heads, Yellow River water flowing backward, coral trees (jujube trees) and Taiji like shape, which was exactly what the master said. So he stayed and practiced in a cave halfway up the mountain. When spring came and summer went, there was a local elder named Luo Rong. Seeing this, he took the lead in donating money to build luojiadong temple with his neighbors. After the completion of the temple, there were many people who came to pray for God, and they were very effective, which caused a sensation all over the world.
