In order to smash the enemy's plot and implement the central strategy of "crossing the river twice and going north to resist Japan", the red army forced to cross the Jialing River with Tazishan as the main ferry and launched a fierce campaign against the enemy Attack. As the army moved westward, Jiangfang, which was run by the Kuomintang, collapsed overnight. The Red Army marched northward and embarked on a new journey.
