Qiutang Temple

Qiutang temple is the place for the study of juenong School of Tibetan Buddhism. Located in Rangtang County, Sichuan Province, it is an important place for juenong school to study Buddhism.

Temple History

Qiutang temple was founded in the late 17th century by Lama dansal, a great master of Tibetan Buddhism. It is located in Rangtang County, Sichuan Province. Qiutang temple is backed by Hailuo mountain (it is said that it is the magic power of Sakyamuni's magic snail). Facing the tributary of Dadu River, requ. Surrounded by grassland, blue sky, grassland, forest, river, snow mountain and lake, Fengshui and scenery are excellent.

For hundreds of years, qiutang temple has made outstanding achievements in promoting Buddhism, especially in strictly regulating monks and advocating intensive study of Buddhism. There have been many great achievements in the past dynasties, such as the great master dansal and tudan gelangjiacuo. Their works amount to more than 30 books, among which the great treatise on debating sutras has been a required bibliography for Tibetan Buddhists.

Since the founding of the temple, there have been many eminent monks. In addition to revealing the theory of esoteric Sutra and teaching the other empty ideas of Jue Nang, they have also focused on the cultivation of esoteric Dharma. In particular, when Jue Nang passed on the rules, there are practitioners of esoteric Dharma, six branches of Vajrayana yoga, vajraya Vajrayana, Shengle Vajrayana and the collection of Dharma sources of Dharma.

More than 90% of the people from this place have achieved success in learning and gained the position of Kanbu. All previous Vajra gurus also take the signs of their achievements as the assessment criteria. They are actually temples with both learning and practicing.

In 1915, dzongwo jamgon I, the living Buddha of the first generation, served as Kanbu of the temple. At that time, there were a lot of talented people, and there was an endless stream of learning and asking questions from all sides. A lot of good knowledge and eminent monks emerged, becoming a very important temple in the juenong school.

Dzongwo jamgon I (1847-1931) is the successor of the third generation of zangwa living Buddha and zanglong living Buddha. It is said that he is the incarnation of Guanyin Bodhisattva. Many eminent monks in Tibet believe that he is the reincarnation of the Sakya sect's Fawang BASBA.

Later, Luo Sang Chi Li, a great achiever, inherited the Dharma pulse. After he got the Tao, he traveled all over the world, vigorously promoted the pharmacist's Tathagata Dharma, and wrote countless praiseworthy deeds of Bodhisattvas in the snow area with his compassion and exquisite medical skills. The guru has held many Buddha prayer meetings for pharmacists in qiutang temple. He especially hopes to build a thousand Buddha Pavilion for pharmacists in qiutang temple, so that all monks in the temple can recite Buddhist sutras for pharmacists every day and hold Buddha prayer meetings for pharmacists every year, in order to achieve world harmony and pray for the world. But his long cherished wish has not come to an end, which shows his end.

We should be strict in discipline and be compassionate. For more than 300 years, the pulse of Dharma has been grand without intermission. At the beginning of this century, after more than 300 years of wind and rain, the pillars were crooked and the buildings collapsed. For the sake of eternal transmission of Dharma pulse, the sound of Dharma is incessant, and the common repair of monks and customs in Tang Dynasty is required. However, qiutang temple is located in a remote area with poor economy and difficult expenses. Therefore, the second generation of Zongwu Jianggong (i.e. Zongwu jiamugong living Buddha), dzongwo jamgon II xirao duojie (i.e. Xie dunduojie) and Sherap Dorje went out to ask for help for the renovation of the temple.

Dzongwo jamgon II xirao duojie (Xie dunduojie) in English, Sherap Dorje adheres to the heavy trust, a single dress, a Buddhist heart. In the Han Dynasty, I was exposed to the rain and the wind. Thanks to the great Buddhism and wisdom of Prajna, the temple has won the praise and worship of the audience. Many believers have generously provided assistance. Therefore, the reconstruction of qiutang Temple began in the spring of 2005 and was completed in September 2010. Over the past six years, the company has made great achievements for thousands of years at a cost of tens of millions. The expansion of the qiutang temple is of pure wood and stone structure, and the layout of the classic Tibetan Buddhist temple. The murals in the hall are hand-painted, decorated with gold and various Buddhas. All the Buddha statues are made to order. They are glittering with gold and solemn. The bronze statue of the great master of tububa (1292-1361) is three feet high. Its size is the world's highest in the bronze statue of the great master of tububa (1292-1361). The palace is majestic, and the golden roof is radiant with the sun and the moon. It's my destiny to lead Dadu River to spread the sound of Dharma.

At the same time, dzongwo jamgon II xirao Dorje, the second living Buddha, is the long cherished wish of guru Benedict, praying for world harmony and calming down all kinds of diseases and pestilences in today's world.

After the completion of the pharmacist Tathagata thousand Buddha Pavilion, there are 1013 pharmacist Tathagata Dharma statues according to the wishes of the pharmacist Tathagata Dharma pulse inheritance guru Luo Sang Chi Li. Each statue (all copper, one foot high) has a collection of sutras and jewelry inside. Each statue has its own niche, engraved with a number, the name of the good faith and the content of the prayer. The monks of qiutang Temple offer incense and chant sutras every day. In addition, every year, the Buddha's prayer meeting is held regularly to pray for the blessings and physical and mental health of the people in the world. At any time, the worshippers can meditate or go directly to the temple to pray.

After the reconstruction, qiutang Temple successfully held the juenong school's largest Sutra debating meeting in the late spring and early summer of 2013.

Dzongwo jamgon II xirao Dorje, the abbot of 64 monasteries of the Jue Nang sect and all the monks pray for world peace, national unity, good weather and peace of the country, Thailand and the people.
