On the top of the lintel are gilded bronze double deer and Sutra wheel. The double deer worship the Sutra wheel, which is a common phenomenon in Tibetan Buddhist temples. It is called "four Dharma Seals", which represents the majesty and solemnity of Buddhism and indicates good luck. The plaque below is inscribed by Mr. Yi Cheng, chairman of the Chinese Buddhist Association, with five characters of the Chinese fortune wheel.

The reflection pool is also called the magic pool. According to the Buddhist Scripture, a disaster equals 16.8 million years. Therefore, in Tibetan Buddhism, the Yellow River flowing into the reflection pool is equivalent to a disaster. Buddhist believers also regard the pool water as the holy water to avoid the disaster. Every time they worship, they should wash their face with the pool water or touch the pool water on their heads to show the meaning of purification.

The plaque above the lintel on the bottom of the base of the Fuyun wheel is engraved with the gilded characters of the Chinese Fuyun wheel inscribed by the 11th Panchen Lama master erdoni quejijeb (ren baoche) in Tibetan and Chinese characters.

The hall on the first floor is a 3.6-meter-high and 2.1-meter-diameter shuizhuanmani wheel. It is driven by the traditional water driving principle. The main body of the wheel is made of red copper, and its surface is gold-plated. There are 3.6 billion words of six character mantra hidden in the wheel. A turn is equivalent to reciting 3.6 billion times of six character mantra.

At the entrance is a Buddha statue with 3D effect, which is the God of wealth in Tibetan Buddhism. The middle hall is a 3D technology wheel, on which there are five Bodhisattvas, namely Buddha Sakyamuni, and his four disciples, namely Manjusri Bodhisattva, dizang Bodhisattva, four arm Avalokitesvara and Puxian Bodhisattva. Worship at the interaction point can also get the blessing of five Bodhisattvas. Pharmacist Buddha is one of the Buddhas in Tibetan Buddhism who can get rid of the pain of disease. Similarly, worshiping can get the blessing of chanting sutras. Finally, the 3D Buddha statue that can be seen without wearing 3D eyes is the Guanyin Bodhisattva of Nanhai, who has a membrane worship meeting and is blessed with nectar. On both sides are bronze gilded statues of longevity Buddha, Manjusri Bodhisattva, Vajrayana Bodhisattva and Green Tara. The exquisite statues of Buddha are resplendent in gold under the butter lamp. Thangka, also known as tangga, is a Tibetan transliteration, which refers to religious scroll paintings mounted on colorful satin. Thangka is a unique painting art form in Tibetan culture. Its subject matter covers Tibetan history, politics, culture, social life and many other fields. It can be called the Encyclopedia of Tibetan nationality. These thangkas with similar shapes in the middle are called duixiao thangkas. A total of 21 Taras are on this Thangka. These 21 thangkas form a huge scroll.

These thangkas hanging on the wall are all made by master Regong Thangka. Thangka is a new painting art that emerged in the period of Songzan dry cloth. It is a scroll painting mounted with colored satin. It has distinctive national characteristics, rich religious color and unique artistic style. It has been regarded as an art treasure by the Tibetan people for a long time. The painting of thangka is extremely complex, and the materials are extremely exquisite. The pigments are all natural mineral plant raw materials, with gorgeous color, lasting, and rich snow style. When a Thangka painting involving Buddhism is mounted, it is generally necessary to ask the Lama to chant Buddhist scriptures and add the gold juice or cinnabar fingerprints of the Lama on the back.

In the center of the top floor stands the cylinder of Chinese blessing wheel. The golden Sutra wheel soars into the sky under the blue sky. The cylinder is made of steel frame, stainless steel cover, surface brass relief, and gold foil. On the top of the umbrella shaped Sutra flag, there are eight taps facing eight directions. Below the dragon head are 35 Bodhisattvas who represent and transcend 35 kinds of crimes. On the top of the main body is the octagonal Buddha There are eight auspicious treasures and ten natural phases carved between them. At the bottom are 16 sacrificial fairies. There are more than 200 volumes of ganzhur in the inner part of the wheel. Each rotation is equivalent to reciting ganzhur 200 times. The diameter of the whole warp wheel is 26.285 meters high and 10.22 meters in diameter, which is the largest mani warp wheel in the world.

The Yellow River folk culture museum displays some daily necessities made by Tibetan nomads in their daily life and labor, including sheepskin bags, girdles, earthly names, scythes (used for lighting), earth guns, cigarette guns, typical Tibetan herdsmen's families and daily necessities, as well as the treasure of the town hall, Mandala City. The mandala is divided into three-dimensional Mandala, cloth Mandala, color ink mandala and sand painting Mandala.
