Longevity Valley

Wanshou valley scenic spot is the core scenic spot of the World Geopark. It is a national AAAA scenic spot and a national geopark. It was rated as the World Geopark by UNESCO in 2012. There are 26 world geoparks in China, and Wanshou Valley is the only World Geopark in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Wanshou valley scenic spot is located in poxin village, Sanmenhai Town, Fengshan county (formerly Paoli township), northwest of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is located in the upstream of Panyang River, the source of Bama longevity. It is 300 kilometers away from Nanning, with expressways and secondary roads running through, with a journey of about 4 hours; it is 20 kilometers away from Fengshan County, 38 kilometers away from Bama County, the world-famous longevity town; and 15 kilometers away from the famous Bama longevity village.

Evolutionary history

Wanshou valley scenic area is located in the transition zone from Yunnan Guizhou Plateau to Guangxi basin. After the Tertiary period millions of years ago, the crust was greatly uplifted and became a continuously distributed folded, flat and huge soluble rock mass with an altitude of more than 1000-2000 meters.

There are large-scale and complex underground rivers in the scenic spot, which connect the scenic spots into a unified hydrogeological body and karst water body, and coexist or accompany with Tiankeng, cave, skylight, etc.

It has world-famous cave group, the most concentrated cave hall, the largest span Tianshengqiao and typical cave sediments, skylight group, the most complete stone forest belt, and the diversity of stalactite species preserved in the unique ecological environment of Tiankeng, such as Tiankeng plant community and chemical environment These resources have important scientific research significance and high aesthetic value. The multi-ethnic integration has left a unique minority folk culture, which has a very good condition for the protection of geological relics and the development of tourism.

Rich stalactite

The stone flowers and stone hairs here are various in shape, crystal clear and exquisite. Some are like roses, some are like flowers of wealth, and some are like carnations. The area is the largest in the world. It is naturally formed and exquisitely worked, which is amazing to the world's geological protection experts. The stone flowers and stone hairs reserve has been set up for this purpose. For this reason, some scholars said with emotion: "when the five mountains return, you don't look at the mountains; when the longevity Valley returns, you don't look at the stones."

Magical geological wonders

In 2012, it was awarded the World Geopark by UNESCO; with unique kashite geological site, it is the core of the World Geopark and has many of the world's best. The connotation of the scenic spot: Tiankeng, canyon, skylight, stone forest, stone flower... Are all wonders formed by the geological evolution of thousands of years; there are the world's highest 180 meter cave hall, the highest and longest corridor in the cave, and the largest Tiansheng bridge. The origin of the name

Wanshou valley scenic spot is located in the upper reaches of Bama, the world's longevity town. It is the core scenic spot of the world's Geopark. The scenery around the scenic spot is wonderful and there are many legends about longevity. Here, the proportion of centenarians in the population greatly exceeds the standard of longevity town, so we have habitually called it Shouyuan, which is the No.1 health Valley in the world. In addition, the source of Panyang River, Bama's mother river, is in Wanshou Valley Scenic Area; the image of "Shou Shen" and the word "Shou" formed naturally in Wanshou Valley cave can be called a natural wonder, which makes people marvel at the uncanny workmanship of nature. The source of longevity

The real source of longevity flows into tongshou mountain scenic area through Sanmen sea, and then into Bama to form the surface river, which is the mother river of longevity, Panyang river. 1. Drive along Guangzhou Kunming Expressway to the exit of Tianyang County, get off the expressway and turn right to enter Tianyang interchange;

2. Go straight to Ganzhuang avenue after crossing Tianyang interchange about 620 meters;

3. Drive along Ganzhuang Avenue, enter Jinshi Road, drive 220 meters, and go straight into G323 to Daba;
