Nianhu is a National Nature Reserve of Daqiao black necked Crane in Huize County, Yunnan Province. It is located in the middle of Wumeng Mountain area, Northeast Yunnan Province. Daqiao and changhaizi in Huize County have been approved as the provincial black necked Crane nature reserves by the provincial government since 1994. According to the information provided by bird experts, more than half of the world's only more than 4000 black necked cranes and a large number of wild geese and yellow ducks overwinter here every year.

From November to March, black necked cranes sing, dance, take off, glide or take a long walk in groups in the nature reserve. They live in harmony with human beings and become the best place for people to visit and appreciate precious birds.
