Located in the west gate of Chengguan, Shaxian County, facing south, it was built by later generations to offer sacrifices to Luo Congyan. It was founded from the Yuan Dynasty to the Zhengyuan year (1314). The existing building was rebuilt in the sixth year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty (1633). It was opened as Luo Congyan Memorial Hall in 1993. The general layout of the temple is convex, and the layout is similar to the courtyard. On the central axis are the gate house, the hall, the courtyard (patio) and the veranda on both sides. Hall for double eaves Xieshan, three wide face, top set caisson. Gables on both sides and fair faced walls on the back eaves. From the perspective of overall architectural form and structure, it is one of the higher grade hall buildings in Sanming area, which has high historical, scientific and artistic value.
