Qikou Fort site
Qikou Fort site is located in Haikou of Canglang canal, nanpaihe Town, Huanghua City, Hebei Province. The fort was first built in the Ming Dynasty. It was rebuilt in the seventh year of Xianfeng (1857) of the Qing Dynasty. There were two big fort (one on the north and one on the south bank). The "general" fort was built on the north bank, and the "two generals" fort was built on the south bank.

Qikou Fort site is located at the Haikou of Canglang canal in nanpaihe Town, Huanghua City, which is a strategic site. At present, the central line of canglangqu is the dividing line between Beijing Military Region and Jinan Military Region. A military observation post is built at the entrance to the sea.

The Allied forces of Britain and France attacked Wenzhou, hit Ningbo, and went north to the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea. Xianfeng eight years (1858) arrived at Qikou, the British and French allied forces rely on its strong ship Li gun, forced landing. The soldiers stationed at Qikou Fort cooperated with the local people, resisted tenaciously, fought hard, and the British and French allied forces were defeated. Had to turn to Dagukou landing. At that time, the "two generals", one of the "two generals", are still in good condition and are preserved in the Huanghua Museum.
At present, a monument against the landing of the British and French allied forces is set up at the wharf of Qikou village fishing port.
