Baozhensai Folk Culture Village

Baozhensai is located in fangjiagou village, baozhensai Township, wusheng County, Sichuan Province. It was first built in the autumn of 1911, covering an area of more than 15000 square meters. It is a fully enclosed residential building group in eastern Sichuan built by the Duan family, a local powerful family, to avoid war, integrating military defense and living. Baozhen fortress highlights the topographical characteristics of traditional Shanzhai buildings. Its Fortifications draw lessons from the advantages of traditional Shanzhai buildings. It integrates the architectural styles of watchtowers, castles and Tuancheng in Southern Fujian, forming a fully enclosed defense system. It is known as the "rare in China, the first in southwest" military fortress in Eastern Sichuan. On May 25, 2006, baozhensai, as an ancient building from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, was approved by the State Council to be listed in the Sixth Batch of national key cultural relics protection units.

Main food

Duan's "eight bowls" pay attention to thick materials, heavy quality, pure taste, clear soup. It has a wide range of materials and various techniques, including meat, thick and thin combination. When it is made, it is surrounded by bamboo cages and steamed with water. It is light, fragrant, delicious and nutritious. No matter from medicine, nutrition or health science, it shows unique and brilliant points, which is very in line with the principle of food supplement and health preservation. Because of this, badawan is known as "the oldest folk banquet in Chinese history" and "the way of Chinese banquet". Duan Xiangchen was very good at health preservation, so he was nearly 80 years old and was able to lead his family to build fortresses.

At the farm banquet, there are eight people at a table, eating "eight bowls" and drinking "Zhuanzhuan wine". Starting from the person on the leftmost side of the table, the person who can sit on the table is usually the elder with the highest seniority or high prestige in the village. The person on the left of the top is the largest, followed by the one on the right. The person on the leftmost side of the table takes a sip first, and then passes it to the second person to drink it. Then everyone turns the bowl counter clockwise in turn and drinks it. After drinking a circle, the wine bowl returns to the top of the table, and the person sitting on the table will drink He raised his chopsticks to the dish in the middle of the table and said, "let's go.". After eating a chopstick, people will automatically put down their chopsticks, and then drink in circles.

The legendary and mysterious "baozhensai", the simple "eight bowls", the lively and interesting "zhuanzhuanjiu", the still existing ancient style and the abundant ancient charm make people feel like people in the Peach Blossom Land. It can really be said that "sitting down and drinking a cup of tea, all the ups and downs are in seven dishes and eight bowls; tasting wine at the table, all in the sea and laughing.".

Guang'an is located in the transitional zone from the basin bottom to the edge of Sichuan Basin. The terrain gradually rises from west to East.
