On the top of the tower, there are compound bowls, phase wheels and treasure bottles. On the treasure bottles, there are inscriptions on the date when the tower was built and the donors. The outer wall between the second floor of the tower is made of water caltrop teeth, and the eaves are folded with bricks. Sandalwood is set up between the layers, and wooden boards are laid on the top, which can spiral up the stairs. Three arched door openings are set up at the edge of each layer for visitors to jump. Climbing the tower, you can have a panoramic view of Duxiu Peak, Huatai mountain, Hailuo mountain and meizhiling. At that time, Guo yi'e, the magistrate of Jiangyang County, once wrote the tale of Changwen pagoda, which explained that the meaning of building the pagoda was to "gather the spirit of mountains and rivers" and "open the brilliance of brilliance". He hoped that "zhuzijin could introduce the front and the back, and set up his site to the sky, so that Changwen could be well-known in his family and spread its light in the Yi script", which made Anwen prosperous, so it was named "Changwen".
