Qilin village committee is located in the west of Lianran Town, 5km away from the seat of Caopu town government. The road to the town is a national road, with convenient transportation, 12km away from Anning City. It is adjacent to Datun village committee of Lianran town in the East, Shijiang village committee of Xianjie town in the south, Caopu village committee of Caopu town in the West and Zhenquan village committee of Wenquan Town in the north. It has jurisdiction over seven villager groups: Yunkang, Zengfu, shangqilin, zhongqilin, xiaqilin, pingpingshao and dishiqing.
