Jingyuan Temple

Jingyuan temple, commonly known as hushuo temple, is located in Zhanggutai village, daqintala Town, 10km away from the seat of Naiman banner government. The pagoda was originally built in Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty. In 1937, it moved eastward to the north of the west side of chaokeqin (dajingtang) of hushuo temple, and was rebuilt according to the original shape with the scale doubled as before. A Lama (proficient in Architecture) who went to Wutai Mountain to pay homage and passed by Naiman was responsible for the reconstruction and repair supervision. A total of 300 years of history, built nearly 68 years after reconstruction, the existing white tower, for the autonomous region level cultural relics. The tower is also an important historical witness of the 24 lost temples in Naiman represented by hushuo temple.

Jingyuan Temple

The Jingyuan Temple (hushuo Temple) and the White Pagoda in Naiman Banner were both built in March of 1740, the fifth year of Qianlong. They have a history of nearly 300 years and are located 20 kilometers southeast of daqintala town. The temple and tower are a group of buildings, which are both the symbols of Buddhism. They are the cultural relics protection units of the autonomous region. Jingyuan temple itself covers an area of nearly 100 mu. There were more than 800 monks. King zasagu, the last king of Naiman Banner, sat here regularly to deal with civil lawsuits and adjudicate all kinds of lawsuits. The White Pagoda of Jingyuan temple is 15.24 meters high and 7.12 meters wide at the bottom. The whole tower is divided into five sections. The upper two sections are round. The top section is the copper top Tasha, and the lower section is the abdominal bowl, which is divided into four directions: East, West, North and south. In each direction, there is a large statue of zongkaba Buddha and 14 small statues of Buddha. There are four bells hanging in the four directions of the Buddha's eyes. The wind blows slightly and the wind blows suddenly. The lower three sections are square, and there are 533 Buddha statues and 10 steles on the surface of the three sections. The four sides of the tower are corresponding, neat and beautiful, the upper part is round, and the lower part is integrated, which is a typical grassland flower tower. It has attracted numerous famous poets, historians and tourists to study its historical connotation. Countless tourists, after the view is full of praise, called its grassland culture model. There are three 9.6-meter-high Buddha statues in the main hall of Jingyuan temple.
