Xiaotazi village, Zhaoxian town

Zhaoxian Town, the origin of its name, is said to be in the early Sui Dynasty in this area found a large number of coal, magnetite and clay mines, these resources, coupled with sufficient water, already have the conditions for ironmaking and pottery, so the government everywhere posted Zhaoxian list, invited all parties to come to develop. At that time, there was no place name here, and later generations called it "Zhaoxian", which has been used until now.

Different from the general sense of the town, Zhaoxian town is only a regional category, does not refer to a fixed commercial market concentration. This characteristic should be related to the formation of a densely populated settlement based on mineral resources and pottery kilns in Zhaoxian town.

Zhaoxian is the only production-oriented area in Qikou which mainly produces pottery. Xiaotaze village is one of the main production areas.
