Legend
According to the inscriptions, in the first year of Minhe, the weather was good in Bashan area, and the crops also had a bumper harvest never seen before in history. People's life became more and more prosperous. Many people began to use the brewing technology handed down by their ancestors. All kinds of teahouses and restaurants were singing and dancing, customers came and went, and the streets were full of wine fragrance, and there was great Jiangnan Many people in the north of the river and the lake went to Bashan to taste the wine. This phenomenon not only attracted the attention of all the immortals in the heaven, but also led to a fairy tale about the drunken cow Bashan. One day, when the guard of the gate of heaven is dozing off, he stealthily breaks the chain and sneaks down to the heaven. Following the fragrance of the wine, he finds Bashan town and jumps to a farmer's wine cellar to drink this kind of wine. When Tianjiang found that the cow was missing, he was so scared that he broke into a cold sweat and rushed to report to the Jade Emperor. After hearing this, the Jade Emperor was even more shocked. On the one hand, he ordered all the celestial immortals to come to discuss with him. On the other hand, he dispatched all kinds of celestial soldiers and generals to search for Shenniu. Seeing that all the immortals had been talking for a long time, but there was no result, Taibai Jinxing suggested that we might as well send someone to invite the queen mother to come as soon as possible, and then send the heavenly soldiers and generals to capture the cow when we can see the exact location of the cow with her peeping mirror. There was no other way, so the Jade Emperor sent for the queen mother to bring the mirror. Soon after, the queen mother came with her mirror and used her magic power to search for the place where the cow was lying drunk. The immortals rushed to find out the reason and told the Jade Emperor. After hearing this, the Jade Emperor was angry and surprised. He was over ten thousand years old. He was diligent and had been through Pepsi. He didn't care about the rare things in heaven. Why did he break heaven's rules when he made wine for this mortal world? So he drove the colorful auspicious clouds to find out why. Before I got there, I first smelled a strange fragrance. The fragrance was pleasant and intoxicating. At first, I saw that it was a good wine made by the farmers in Bashan town. I saw that it was rich and clear, pretty but not only. I took a sip of it. Sure enough, it was mellow and long, and graceful, thick but not stagnant. So I understood the reason why the cow was drunk in Bashan. The jade emperor also praised it sincerely: good wine! Although we knew that it was the wine that caused the trouble and the sin of the God ox could be forgiven, but heaven's rules could not be violated. The Jade Emperor's compassion moved again and was in a dilemma. At this time, Taibai Jinxing saw the meaning of the Jade Emperor, so she offered a suggestion: since Shenniu is so greedy for the best wine in the world, why not punish him to lie down and guard Bashan, which can not only accompany with the wine all the year round, but also guard Bashan, the best wine in the world, so that he can live forever? The Jade Emperor was very satisfied with this plan, and then he made a decree, saying: let the head of God cow be exposed on the ground to guard Bashan, and let this fine wine be handed down from generation to generation. Later, the story of Niutoushan was gradually spread, and many famous people came to see the scenery of Niutoushan and taste the Bashan wine. After the autumn harvest, Bashan people always carry out their own vats of wine just out of the cellar, gather on Niutoushan to taste wine, study and exchange traditional wine making techniques and techniques, and constantly improve and enhance their ancestral wine making skills. Up to now, the products developed by the loyal and industrious Bashan people have been sold all over the country.
