The zhoulou of Chengjiang County annals is located in the north of the city. During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, Zhang Shengzhi, the magistrate of Chengjiang County, built the Longevity Palace here. He built pavilions and planted flowers and trees. After several renovations, it had a certain scale. Due to the change of history, the Longevity Palace flourished and declined, and gradually declined until the end of the Qing Dynasty. People are reluctant to part with the gorgeous scenery, the fresh air is lovely, or the tourists are constantly attractive. In 1943, Liu Chenggong, who was the county magistrate of Chengjiang at that time, was interested in this place again. He sent people to each village and built a three story Pavilion on the original site of the Longevity Palace in two years. After the completion of the pavilion, when the Anti Japanese war was won, the county government convened the people of the towns and surrounding villages to hold a ceremony here. County magistrate Liu Chenggong named the building Zhizhou building with the name of Long Yun, then chairman of Yunnan Province. After the Zhizhou building was built, it became a famous scenic spot. After the founding of new China, the people's government continued to expand, supplement, renovate and enrich Zhizhou building, making it the largest park in Chengjiang.

These pillars are all used by superior cypress trees. The column base is shaped like a drum pier, and the drum pier is carved like a lantern. It looks very delicate. One of the architectural features of Zhizhou building is that it is all wood structure. From the first floor to the third floor, except for a foot of stone, it is all wood tenon and mortise joint, without a stone, a brick or a soil foundation. The construction is unique. In recent years, all the pavilions on the first to third floors have been replaced with brand-new yellow glazed tiles, with glass bottles on the top. Upstairs, there is a bright corridor, with alternating pillars and colorful walls, giving people a warm and bright feeling. There is a plaque hanging under the eaves of the second floor. It is a piece of walking grass written by Li Peitian, the former director of the Finance Department of Yunnan Province: "swallow the mountain light far away". It expresses the artistic conception of climbing the tower and jumping far away. Walking in the corridor of the Ming Dynasty, it has a broad sense of space and a comfortable heart. Looking around from afar, you can see the countryside and the eight sceneries of the Chengjiang river. Looking to the East, you can see "Dongpu Liuhong", "Jinlian holding the sun", "Xianhu night moon" in the south, and "Yushu Qingtian" in the West "Tiger in the West Mountain", "dragon Dang Ling Qiu" and "Luo Zang Chao Yun" and "Dan Feng Lian Shu" are used in the north.
