Let spring
Let spring, formerly known as glass spring. Under the drunk Pavilion of Langya Mountain. Ouyang Xiu, a litterateur of the Northern Song Dynasty, praised it in his title of Chuzhou drunkard Pavilion: "the sound is like falling from the sky and flowing to the two eaves. It flows into yanxiaxi, and the secluded spring helps to trickle. Sound does not disturb people's language, its pure non orchestral. Isn't it beautiful? Silk and bamboo are numerous. " During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty (1662-1722), Wang cikui of Zhizhou erected a monument beside the spring. The spring water is clear and cold, mellow and delicious, and the seasons are endless.
origin
"The story of the drunken man Pavilion" wrote: "when you travel six or seven miles in the mountains, you gradually hear the murmur of the water, and those who flow between the two peaks will brew springs." Let the spring be in front of the drunk Pavilion. Beside the spring, a square pool is built with stones. Water flows into the pool and then into the mountain stream. The pool is three feet square and about two feet deep. On the pool is the inscription of "rang Quan", which was made by the king of Zhizhou in the 40th year of Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty. Let the spring temperature change little throughout the year, and keep it at 18 ℃. The spring water is as sweet as Minmin and as clear as glass, so it is also called "glass spring".
difference
Therefore, there are two peaks between the two peaks on the Bank of zuiwongting in Chuzhou, so they are called "rang Quan". Now they are mostly mistaken as niangquan. According to the relevant information at hand, there are obvious differences in the records of rang Quan in the records of zuiwongting. The brief description is as follows (the text after the commentary is added by the author)
1、 Beijing Publishing House, selected essays of Chinese dynasties, Vol.2, p.191, notes "Niang: the original" Rang ", revised according to the Ming Jiajing edition".
Commentary: it can be seen that the author of this book mistakenly believed that the original correct word "Rang" was wrong, but he proofread it with an engraved version which was not a rare one, so that he made a big mistake, which led to the transmission of errors in Mr. 61's famous works.
2、 People's Literature Press, selected works of the Song Dynasty, page 81. Note 4: "Niang spring: Langya spring, named after suitable for brewing".
Commentary: this theory is neither "let spring", nor "brew spring", nor Langya spring.
3、 "The name of the spring" is on page 1709 of the etymology of the commercial press. In the southwest of Chuxian County, Anhui Province. In Song Dynasty, Ouyang Xiu Wenzhong collected the narration of Sanjiu drunk Pavilion and niangquan.
Commentary: it can be seen that the word "niangquan" comes from the story of the drunken man Pavilion, but the editor does not know the correct way to write it: "rang Quan". However, on page 1591 of the same book, under the word "Rang", there is only a record of rang Shui, not rang Quan. It is not that Yiquan has two different appellations of "Rang" and "Niang", but that "Rang" is mistaken for "Niang".
4、 Langya Mountain, Anhui people's publishing house, page 8. "On the pool is the inscription of" rang (Niang) Quan ", which was made by the king of Zhizhou in the 40th year of Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty.
Commentary: Wang cikuili's stone tablet is clearly written with the word "Rang". The editor of this book found that in the records, this spring has two different names: "Rang" and "Niang". Due to the lack of detailed textual research, we have to add another bracket to add the word "Niang" which does not exist in the text.
5、 Junior high school textbooks. In the eighth grade Chinese (Part Two), the famous prose "the story of the drunken man Pavilion" is also selected, which is also mistaken as: niangquan.
Commentary
Although "rang Quan" and "Niang Quan" are only one word apart, they cause errors and mislead people. Many teachers argue endlessly about whether the word "Niang" in "Niang Quan for wine" is a verb or a noun, wasting valuable time.
