The scenic spot has a long history and culture. Famous poets such as Zhang Zhihe, Liu Yuxi and Yuan Jie left many well-known poems. There are many caves, famous springs and temples.
Feiyun Cave: it is divided into upper cave, middle cave and lower cave. Because the cave is like a flying dragon in the sky, it is commonly known as "Dragon Cave" by local people. Yuan Jie, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, lived in seclusion and studied in Anshi. Lu Zhenren, a Taoist of the Ming Dynasty, built a Taoist temple in accordance with the cave, which is now called Feiyun Taoist temple.
Yunwu Cave: it is named after the rising clouds in the cave all the year round. It is said that Zhu Yuanzhang, the emperor of Ming Dynasty, was defeated by Poyang Lake and fled to Huangjing mountain. He fell into the cloud cave and made a web to deceive the pursuers. This is the origin of the idiom "trace".
The rabbit looks at the moon: on the night of the full moon on the fifteenth day, the bright moon is in the sky, forming a large colorful ring in the moon mountain, so the scenic spot is named.
