Chishi scenic spot is located in Yangshikeng, Duruan Town, Pengjiang district, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province (which was designated as Pengjiang district by Xinhui in 2002). Chishi mountain is a branch of the green screen of Guifeng mountain extending to the northeast. The mountain is majestic, the ancient pine is towering, the stone is phosphorous, and the spring is brown and clear. In the early morning, the scenery is endless.

In the evening, you can enjoy the lights of Jiangmen. On a sunny day, the villages at the foot of the mountain are beautiful and refreshing.

It is said that in ancient times, there was a man named Huang Chuping. When he was young, he went up the mountain to herd sheep and met yingshigong. Yingshi recognized that he had immortal bones, so he accepted him as an apprentice. How did he expect the sheep to be lost? His brother found out and asked. When Yingshi heard about it, he said that the sheep were hidden among the rocks. He gave Huang Chuping a whip and told them to scold them. Then the sheep went out. Chu Ping, according to the order, said, "here are the sheep!" sure enough, all the stones turned into sheep. Thus, there is the saying that Huang Chuping chided Shi Chengyang. Later, Huang Chuping became an immortal in Jinhua, known as Huang Daxian. He named the left Hall of "Daxiong hall" of chishi Temple "xiaojinhua" and built "Huang Daxian Temple". After the death of the Ming Dynasty, the posthumous minister, Ma Gongfu, rushed to the South with the prince. He was amazed to see that there were countless rocks, which looked like goats. According to the story of Huang Chuping chishi becoming a goat in the legend of immortals, he changed the name of the mountain to chishi, which has been handed down to this day. "Chishi Chengyang" has also become one of the "Lingnan scenic spots"

Chishi mountain is 380 meters above sea level. It is steep and spirals up the winding path of Yangchang. As soon as you enter the mountain gate, you can see the word "chishi rock" written by Zhoushan in the late Qing Dynasty. Rock in the hillside, there are two huge stone wall, a stone across the top, for the house shape, stone wall engraved with "natural stone chamber" four words, because the rock Guanyin, it is also known as "Guanyin rock". The stone house is full of incense all the year round. Beside the stone house, there are sparrow flowers and vines climbing on the rocks. During the Qingming Festival, sparrow flowers are in full bloom, adding beauty to the stone house. There is a spring gushing out of the mountain and flowing on the huge rock. There is a stone inscription "washing the red dust" on it, which was written by Zheng Ji, a famous calligrapher and painter in Xinhui in August of the eighth year of Xianfeng. There is a Bodhisattva Temple above the spring. There is a big stone on the mountain with a shallow pit similar to footprints, which is called "fairy's journey". Along the "natural stone room" up the stairs is the "chishi Temple". The gate of the temple is built close to the mountain, and the temple is composed of a Buddhist hall and a living room. The central hall of the temple is the "Mahatma hall" built during the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty. The hall is resplendent, fragrant and solemn. In front of the hall, there are two osmanthus plants, which are more than 100 years old. They are always in bloom all the year round. The breeze blows and the fragrance of the flowers wafts over the temple.

There are also "huanggongfu Temple", "Beiyan rock tablet" and "huanggongfu tomb" built in memory of the Ming Dynasty's great Sima huanggongfu and Chen Zizhuang, and "Yuzi Temple" built in memory of Beiyan Prince Zhu Youlang. There are also Taoist temples such as "Huang Da Xian Temple", the "Bai Xian Temple" built to commemorate Bai Yu Chan's success in becoming an immortal, and Wenwu hall, Che Gong temple, Sanbao hall, etc.
