Panzhihua Park

The park is located in Panzhihua park at the foot of Jingshi mountain in bingcaogang. After more than 20 years of construction, there are hero monument, amusement project area, rare zoo area and other scenic spots. It has become a large public place integrating leisure and entertainment. It is one of the city's key parks and tourist attractions. She has unique features of mountain city park, and the top of the park is the best photography point overlooking Panzhihua panorama.

Park entrance cableway

The ropeway at the entrance to the main entrance of the park was built in October 1986. The cableway is a straight line, with a horizontal distance of 405 meters, a height difference of 93 meters at both ends, a maximum steel tower of 9.8 meters, a maximum span of 93 meters, and a one-way transportation volume of 300 passengers per hour. It was completed and put into operation on January 31, 2003. The total length of the slide is 892.58m, the height difference between the two ends is 85.5m, the maximum slope is 30%, and the minimum slope is 7%. When you enter the slide, you will feel like the wind is running fast.

As the ropeway has been used for a long time, it was shut down in 2012 and began to upgrade and build. The slideway was shut down at the same time.

Monument to heroes in Panzhihua

Panzhihua hero monument was built in 1990 to commemorate the martyrs who died in the construction of Panzhihua City. It was determined as the patriotism education base of Panzhihua City by the Municipal Spiritual Civilization Committee. The potted flower area on the left side of the main entrance of the park is composed of potted garden, Fanghui garden, rose garden and other scenic spots, mainly including potted plants and landscape bonsai.

Park Cultural amusement park

It is located on the left side of the upper station of the cableway. There are mainly amusement facilities such as "space flying car", "flying car surfing", "happy city", "floating boat", "high altitude electric plane" and "Mermaid" in the area.

Animal Park

Covering an area of about 80 mu, it is composed of animal area and bird area. In the animal area, there are lions, tigers, bears, monkeys, camels, ostriches and other animals; in the bird area, there are the largest "ecological cage" in Panxi area, with nearly 1000 peacocks, white bellied Caragana and other birds. In addition, private and self built projects have been introduced into the park.

There are many kinds of leisure resort, such as Xiaoyao, yaochi, free bird, cycads garden, muddle headed and so on. There are animal magic world, Chuangqi Entertainment City, bumper boat and other entertainment facilities. There are aquarium, waterfowl garden and other ornamental projects.
