Fengting Lake

The artificial reservoir built for the people's Republic of China, with its source in Shiwandashan, inundated a primeval forest due to damming and water storage, forming a unique landscape.

The point of play is to take a boat to the island in the lake to be an island owner, camping and barbecue. Because there are hundreds of nameless islands in the lake, the boatman sails and chooses the island freely, and no one gets on it. The bigger, the more interesting. Blue sky, quiet water, boat waves, watching egrets, is also a gathering place for fishing and photography lovers. If you are lucky, you can also see the rare bird, which is called "the most mysterious bird in the world", the Hainan tiger spotted oyster, whose shape is between the swan and the white crane.

Traffic information: the scenic spot has not been developed and perfected, and there is no direct tourist line. (1) Take bus No.23, 31, 25, 29, 55, 65, 705 to dashatian passenger station, then transfer to private medium bus to Datang Town, the cost is about 8 yuan; then take a tricycle from Datang town to take a minibus to Fengting lake, about 24 km, 30 minutes, the cost is about 5 yuan. This road is a cement road built by the state flood control department. Although the road surface is flat, it is narrow and has many slopes and bends. Some people who are easy to get out of trouble by car should pay more attention to it;

(2) Cycling or self driving: start from Nanning City, go to Yinhai Avenue, get on the expressway in Liangqing District, go straight to Nama expressway, and enter Datang town. This section is a second-class road. It's easy to walk. Pass Datang toll station about 300 meters to see Fengting restaurant, go straight to the right intersection, enter Nanzhou village, turn right around the bridge and go straight to Fengting lake reservoir. This section is a rural road with many slopes. The journey is about 70 kilometers.

Ticket information: free. It costs 10 yuan to charter a boat and 100 yuan to go back and forth. It's no problem to take 50 people. You can negotiate with the boatman.
