Duoliang station, located in Taimali Township, Taitung County, is a railway station on the southern loop line of Taiwan Railway Administration. Due to its quiet business, it ended carrying passengers in 2006. At the beginning of the planning of the south loop line, because of the long distance between Longxi and Jinlun, the signal station was built in Duoliang for single line trains to meet. The station was originally located on a hillside with tunnels at both ends. The station is specially designed to be elevated by the Nanhui railway engineering office. Therefore, standing on the platform, you can have a bird's-eye view of the Pacific Ocean. In the eyes of railway fans, it is known as "Taiwan's most beautiful railway station". It stands like the end of the earth and is isolated from the rest of the world. In particular, outside the red rail railings, there is a whole blue sea and sky. This is the beautiful scenery Duoliang still retains for passing passengers after the station is abandoned.
Be sure to remind the passengers who want to take photos that the railings on the platform after the station is abandoned are rusty. In order to ensure their own safety, they should not be too close to the railings. In addition, this area is currently set up stands to see the beautiful scenery of the entire Pacific and Duoliang station. It is recommended not to enter the station as far as possible to avoid danger! When you are on the railway, please be alert and pay attention to whether there is a train passing by. When the train passes by, you can see the bright lights in the distance. Safety is the premise of enjoying the beautiful scenery!
