Tuen Mun Park is built in the reclamation area. There are more than 2000 trees and 100000 shrubs planted in the park, with about 200 different varieties. There is also a man-made lake in the park, covering an area of about 1 hectare, and the reptile Museum in the south of the park is another scenic spot. Other facilities in the park include artificial waterfall, model boat pool, outdoor theater, roller skating rink, children's playground and multi-purpose court.

The museum is located in the grassland in the south of the park, covering an area of about 245 square meters. The facilities include an indoor exhibition tank and an open-air exhibition hall, displaying different kinds of reptiles. At present, there are 20 kinds of 43 live exhibits in the museum. They are illustrated with pictures and 7 reptile model specimens. With 400000 visitors per year, it has become the main scenic spot of the park.

Noise nuisance
There are more retired people in Tuen Mun. There are more than ten performing groups in the park. The so-called noise nuisance problem shows that there are not enough recreational facilities.
At present, part of the performances will be held in the open-air theatre beside the artificial lake. However, during the performance, there will be security guards at the side to monitor, so that they can give advice and assistance in case of violations or unpleasant incidents.
