The waterwheel square is located in the Yicai area of Huba city in Seoul, covering an area of 5000 square meters. There are two large waterwheel of the Han Dynasty, 19.6 meters in diameter and 21.5 meters in diameter, which respectively refer to the ruling time of the eastern and Western Han Dynasties. Water wheel, also known as Kongming car, is the oldest agricultural irrigation tool in China and a precious historical and cultural heritage.

Introduction to scenic spots

The waterwheel square is another major scenic spot of Seoul lake. It covers an area of 5000 square meters and has two large waterwheel of the Han Dynasty. The large one is 21.5 meters in diameter, implying the rule of the Western Han Dynasty in 215 years, and the small one is 19.6 meters, implying the rule of the Eastern Han Dynasty in 196 years. On the ground of the waterwheel square, there are also sculptures of water conservancy projects of the Western Han Dynasty, which fully show the advanced water conservancy facilities and water conservancy projects of the Han Dynasty Around, the water gurgling, let visitors linger in the water world, feeling in the wisdom of water conservancy pioneer. Water truck, also known as Kongming truck, is the oldest agricultural irrigation tool in China. So the Chinese made good use of their wisdom to invent another kind of agricultural tool that can divert water for irrigation - water wheel. This is the origin of the invention of waterwheel.
