Founded in 1958, the college has always been engaged in higher vocational education. In 2004, it was transformed into a higher vocational college. The college is located at the intersection of Hongxing Road and Zhenli road in the central urban area of Tianjin, covering an area of 150 mu, with a construction area of nearly 70000 square meters.
