The 921 earthquake Education Park aims to restore the National Stadium, chelongpu fault, destroyed classrooms and other earthquake sites. Through the exhibition and education activities of natural science, disaster prevention and humanities, we hope that when the audience enters the Education Park, they can start from understanding the natural phenomena of earthquakes, understand the relationship between earthquakes and human society, strengthen the concept of earthquake disaster prevention, and remember Take this lesson. On the fifth anniversary of the 921 earthquake, the earthquake education park was officially opened to the public and became an exhibition hall under the National Museum of natural sciences. The first to be launched are the "chelongpu fault preservation Museum" and the "Image Museum". The thrill of the September 21 earthquake may have gradually settled in our hearts, but how can we forget the wonder of the earth? This education park was born because of the earthquake.

The fault Museum preserves the landscape of the earthquake site, the destroyed school buildings and the uplift of the terrain as the historical witness of the strong earthquake, connecting the common memory of the present site and the past, the real landform and interactive display, so that the public can understand the scientific knowledge of earthquake and the harmonious relationship between man and nature. The earthquake image Museum mainly gathers all kinds of images and audio-visual data of the 921 earthquake, and truly presents the memories left by the 921 earthquake in people's hearts. Through systematic modern art to show the 921 earthquake and the earthquakes experienced in the history of Taiwan, the audience can browse the news clips of the broken walls everywhere after the 921 disaster, rescue workers, warmth from all walks of life, reconstruction construction, and reconstruction after rebirth.
