Dole Park

Located in the southeast suburb of Liuzhou City, dule Park, with a radius of 20 kilometers, is a natural landscape park with rich rural scenery and karst cave landscape as the main body. The whole scenic area is composed of 12 peaks, 46 caves, more than 700 mu of green space, more than 3000 meters long Qingxi River and four artificial lakes. Duleyan scenic spot is located in the mountainside beside dule village, 12 kilometers south of Liuzhou City, so it is called "dule". Duleyan is not a cave, but the general name of the karst group here. The scenic spot is composed of 12 peaks, 46 caves, a 3400 meter long Qingxi River and four man-made lakes, with a radius of 10 kilometers.

Development history

In 1973, the dole cave was discovered. The Liuzhou Municipal People's government attached great importance to it and allocated funds for its development and construction. It was officially opened to tourists in 1974. In 1976, scientists made a detailed investigation of duleyan, and found fossils of Homo sapiens femur and deciduous teeth, porcupine, bear, wolf, horse and deer in the cave, which proved that there were ancient humans or wild animals living in the cave. After identification by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the protozoa of these fossils are living species 50000 years ago, providing valuable information for the study of ancient human activities. It is now displayed in the exhibition hall outside the cave. With the attention and investment of Liuzhou Municipal People's government, duleyan scenic spot has been gradually improved. It has opened Panlong cave, Tongtian cave, Shuiyun cave, leshouyan cave, Guanyin cave to tourists, and built some scenic spots, such as lantui Pavilion, yongshizhai, Yibin tower, Huguang villa, Longzhu lake, moxiangzhai, Shushan stele forest, etc. In 1990, duleyan scenic spot was designated as a scenic spot of autonomous region level. In 1995, Liuzhou Bureau of landscape architecture invested more than 2 million yuan to build the New Gate Scenic Area and subtropical plant landscape area. Duleyan

In 1973, a rare group of caves was found in the southern suburb of Liuzhou city. The area of each cave ranges from 1000-2000 square meters to 3000-4000 square meters. Dule Qingxi

Dule Qingxi, originated from the mountains near Chengtuan Township, Liujiang County, is an important water source for irrigation. The section flowing through duleyan scenic spot is 3400m long, with the widest water surface of 25m and the depth of 1m-4m. The water quality of the stream is clear, the flow is gentle, the bamboo trees on both sides of the stream are shady, the willows are fluttering, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant, which adds a bit of serenity to the scenic area, and is also a good place for tourists to swim in summer.

Shushan stele forest

Longzhu mountain, also known as Shushan, is located on the west side of Longzhu lake, with a height of 46 meters and a radius of 300 meters. There are verdant trees, beautiful rocks, winding stone paths, pavilions and pavilions on the top of the mountain. It is said that there is an ancient banyan on the top of the mountain. It is said that it is more than 300 years old. The foot of the tree is intertwined and the top of the tree is covered with green shade, which adds a bit of vigor to the book mountain. Since the 1970s, the builders of dule scenic spot have been chiseling stones here, bringing together the fine works of modern calligraphers of different schools and styles from all over the country. Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers Su Juxian, Ouyang Zhongshi, Zhu Qizhan, Shu Tong, Wang xiaju, Wei Zhongtong, Liu Bingsen, Li Tianma, Wu chundao and other calligraphic works show their own styles here, including regular script, line, grass, seal script and Li calendar. Zhao Dan's stone carving of wild grass "the capital of the world" is inlaid in the cliff. It is 1.2 meters wide, 3.3 meters high and 70 cm in diameter. Mo Xiang Zhai

Located at the south foot of Daxing mountain on the north side of Longzhu mountain, moxiangzhai was built in 1988, covering an area of more than 1000 square meters. It is a courtyard style garden building with exquisite structure and elegant layout. In addition to the exhibition hall and the collection room, there is also a 165 meter long Calligraphy Gallery with more than 400 paintings and calligraphy treasures and 21 celebrity inscriptions. The calligraphic works of contemporary Chinese Calligraphers Liu Haisu, Zhao Puchu, Shen Peng, Xiao Xian, Liu Qian, Zhou Zhaoyi, Chen Zheng, Zhu Peijun, Japanese calligraphers Motang, Cangshan xuezhou and others shine brilliantly here. In particular, the regular script "dule stele forest" written by Mr. Liu Haisu, an art master over 90 years old, has strong brushwork and steady structure, which can be regarded as a treasure of calligraphy art. On the west side of moxiangzhai, a stele corridor for international friends was built in 1991. A group of international friends' calligraphy will be erected here. With the development of landscape culture construction in the scenic area, Dole stone carving will become a cultural resort with high ornamental value in Liuzhou.

Longzhu lake central scenic spot

Longzhu lake, located in the center of duleyan scenic spot, was built in 1984. With a water surface area of about 70 mu and a depth of 2 meters, it is shaped like a lotus leaf. A row of lotus pavilions with cement structure are built in the lake to the south. Lotus is planted in the lake, and weeping willow, Osmanthus fragrans, mermaid, rose, dahlia, Murraya, Tibetan red and other plants are widely planted along the lake. There is an island in the middle of the lake for tourists to rest, covering an area of about 10 mu. On the island, a group of garden style buildings with rich national style are built, named "Huguang villa". This group of buildings has ingenious layout and changeable structure. The winding path of the corridor is left and right, with rockery, pool, fountain, small bridge and running water, forming a unique environment of Lake in the lake and Bridge in the bridge. There is a restaurant, a snack bar and an entertainment hall. There is a 60 meter long zigzag bridge across Longzhu lake. New gate central scenic spot

In order to adapt to the development of tourism and change the old appearance of dule scenic spot, Liuzhou Bureau of landscape architecture decided to invest in the construction of the new gate scenic spot in 1995. It took two years from design, construction to completion, and it was put into use in 1997.
