Waisanjia kiln site

On the Sanjia hill outside Meiyu, Ruian, covering an area of about 2000 square meters, it was fired in the Song Dynasty and discovered in 1984. The products are divided into two stages: bowl, plate, cup, dish, pot, pot, cup holder, powder basin, censer, lamp and candlestick. The body is gray, fine and hard; most of the body is glazed, the glaze layer is even and clean, light blue or green; the production is regular, the bottom foot is slightly curled, lying foot, straight round foot and other types; the carving lines are fine, vivid and smooth, with round flowers and plants, twining flowers and plants, double butterfly flowers and birds, cloud gas, folding fan, comb pattern and so on; the concave bottom sagger and porcelain washer are used for padding. In the later stage, there are bowls, plates, pots, pots and so on. The production is rough, the body is not fine and dense, the glaze layer is thin, it is greenish or greenish gray, more half glaze is applied, the inner bottom is exposed or a circle of scraped glaze is applied, and the plain surface is the most. There are only high and straight cylindrical cushions in kiln furniture, which are overlapped by open fire.
