Located in Bailang County, Shigatse. Gadong Temple experienced Ningma school, Kaju school and Sakya school, and Gelu school became popular in the middle of the 17th century. There are rare treasures in the world in the temple, that is, the two bones of the fourth member of the temple in kambusan buqinbu and the head of Kongyang mother Sisa Quzhen. There are five tiny Buddha statues of Sakyamuni, Guanyin Bodhisattva, wuliangguang Buddha, Dharma protector and Tara around the bone seam at the upper end of the right radius of sambuqinbu; there are tiny Buddha statues of Sakyamuni and four white relics at the upper end of the left tibia; there are three Tibetan letters and Tara statues on the head of Quzhen, the incarnation of Tara. The original gadong temple has been destroyed and rebuilt in 1985. Buddha statues such as Sakyamuni, three masters and disciples of zongkaba, and Tara are worshipped in the temple. Every year on July 29 of the Tibetan calendar, the temple holds a "exorcism" ceremony.

During the cultural revolution, shenzhuolin temple was demolished and rebuilt on its original site in 1985. The temple covers an area of 2139.25 square meters. 108 cultural relics are collected in the temple, including a Buddhist statue of Keqi Panchen made 700 years ago.

Shenzhuolin Temple (called "shenzhuolin" in Tibetan) is a Gelug Temple of Tibetan Buddhism. It is the place where Tibetan scriptures were first translated.
Shenzhuolin temple is located in Mayi village, gadong Town, Bailang County, 16 kilometers away from Bailang County, with an altitude of 3890 meters. The temple was built in the middle of the 8th century in the pre Buddhist period of Tibet. It was founded by the great translator reqiongnai baze. It is said that after the 13th century, the famous Tibetan Lama translator, bachaba tsochigabu, once lectured in the temple. Banqin Sakyamuni expanded the scale of the temple when he served as Kanbu. Banqin sakyashili (1127-1225), commonly known as "banqin of Kashmir", was born in zawasoer, Zhedan City, Kashmir, with the initial name of "qujijianzan". He became a monk at the age of 23 and received the near round precepts at the age of 30. He became Daban Zhida because he was proficient in the five Ming Dynasty. He was a famous Buddhist in the later period of Tibetan Buddhism. His jurisprudence is called "banqin Lutong" by Tibetan Buddhist circles. He taught a lot of Xianmi classics and had a wide influence. The jurisprudence he preached is one of the three sources followed by all law holders in Tibet.
There were Ningma sect, Kaju sect, Sakya sect and other sects in gadong temple. They began to believe in Gelug Sect in the middle of the 17th century.

In the cultural revolution, the temple was destroyed. In 1985, the temple was rebuilt on its original site. At the beginning of the 21st century, the temple covers an area of 2139.25 square meters. Buddha statues such as Sakyamuni, three masters and disciples of zongkaba, and Tara are worshipped in the temple. 108 cultural relics are collected in the temple, including a pottery statue of Keqi Panchen Buddha 700 years ago; a skull of sesaquezhen, a Tara incarnated 500 years ago, on which three Tibetan characters "a", "re", "Da" and the statue of Tara are naturally found; on the right tibia of the fourth kanbugelon lebarentsin (sambuqinbu) of the temple, there are tiny cracks around the upper bone There are five Buddha statues of Sakyamuni, Guanyin Bodhisattva, wuliangguang Buddha, Dharma protector and Tara, and there are tiny Sakyamuni and four white relics in its left tibia.
In 2012, there were 50 monks in the temple, including 47 monks, including one member of the Shigatse CPPCC and two members of the Shigatse Buddhist Association. By 2012, among the monks in the temple, 6 elderly monks have been included in the minimum living security; the medical insurance and pension insurance coverage rates of all monks in the temple have reached 100%. In 2010, the temple was listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Bailang county. Since then, it is applying for a cultural relic protection unit in Tibet Autonomous Region. In 2012, the 47 monks of shenzhuolin temple, the Management Committee of shenzhuolin temple and the temple were respectively awarded the honorary titles of three-level advanced units in Tibet Autonomous Region, Xigaze region and Bailang County, harmonious model temple, patriotic and law-abiding advanced monks and nuns.
Shenzhuolin temple holds two major traditional Buddhist events every year: the Tibetan new year, the first day of the lunar new year, the activities of setting up the Sutra pole, and the gyi Tiaoshen Festival on July 28. During the activity, tens of thousands of believers came to the temple to worship.
