Ganlujing is also known as Longjing and Mengquan. Located at the foot of Mengding jade girl peak, it is said that it was chiseled by Wu Lizhen.
According to the records of Yazhou Prefecture: "if there is water in the well, the rain will not be abundant, and the drought will not dry up. Later generations will build it with stones. If you uncover your clothes without permission, it will be sunny and the rain will be heavy. " It's said that Wu Lizhen corrected Daocheng, and from then on "incarnated into the well, and his disciples pursued it, and got the stone statue and monk Xiao at the bottom of the well. It's also the ancestor of Ganlu that we worship in this mountain. The water in the well is clear and sweet, and the tea is excellent "(yazhoufu Zhi Volume II). When there is a drought, later generations come to the well to pray for rain. The well is covered and protected with stone statues, and cigarettes are consecrated all year round. The ancients have a poem praising: "the spring milk drops are exquisite, the dark five peaks, the old monk once fossilized, and the lonely guest quietly looks at the pine. One thing helps the world, and one can visit the famous trace for thousands of years. Today, I am worried about the drought and pray for the dragon. " Beside the Ganlu well, there are steles of "ancient Mengquan" and "Mengquan". The "ancient Mengquan" stele is well preserved, which is carved in regular script by Longshan people in Qing Dynasty; the "Mengquan" stele is inscribed by anonymous family in Tianqi period of Ming Dynasty, which is damaged. This well is surrounded by a stone carving of two dragons grabbing pearls on both sides. The well has been cleaned and the wellhead has been re covered.
