Baliwan National Forest Park is a national forest park officially approved by the State Forestry Bureau, which belongs to Weihe Forestry Bureau of Heilongjiang Province. Eight kilometers away from the forestry bureau, adjacent to 301 National Highway and binsui railway, convenient transportation and developed communication. The forest park covers a total area of 41000 hectares, which is divided into six parts: Baliwan scenic area, Shuangfengshan scenic area, Jiguanshan primeval forest, hutiaoya scenic area, yew scenic area and guokuishan scenic area. Guokui mountain scenic spot
The shape of the mountain is like an iron pot which is turned upside down to guokuishan, and four hills with similar shape are evenly distributed around it. Local herdsmen call this mountain "taogaowula", which means Guokui mountain.

Baliwan Forest Park was formerly state-owned Yulin forest farm, Chonghe forest farm, Qingshan forest farm, Dongfeng forest farm, Pinglin forest farm, Xiping forest farm and Xing'an forest farm;
