The imperial envoy in Wuzhi was named Niuniu. His official position was the Deputy censor of zuodu, but there was no record of Niuniu in the history of Qing Dynasty. There is a biography of Niu Niu in Yu He Zhi, but it's very brief. It doesn't include his family background or whereabouts. It only says that he was ordered to manage the river. But in the biographies of other ministers, Niu Niu was mentioned many times, and played a key role in Wuzhi's river management. In the Qing Dynasty, it was taboo. Niuniu should be Yongzheng's uncle
