Xinjing Jianlin is the largest outdoor group of woodcut Buddhist scriptures in the world. It is located at the east foot of Muyu, Lantau Island, Hong Kong, close to Ngong Ping, with a quiet environment. The bamboo grove is composed of 38 Huali pillars, 37 of which are engraved with mahaprajna paramita Sutra.

Content introduction
The Heart Sutra, a large-scale calligraphy work by Professor Rao Zongyi, a famous master of Chinese culture, is magnificent and powerful. The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government has invested money to carve wood columns on Lantau Island, which has become a "Heart Sutra forest". The original rhyme of Professor Rao's calligraphy is reproduced in the form of inscriptions, together with the analysis of the Heart Sutra by Professor Li zhuofen and master Jingyin of the University of Hong Kong. It is a rare book of art and Buddhism.

Traffic information: 1. Take the cable car from the Tung Chung cable station at exit b of MTR Tung Chung station to Ngong Ping cable station. It's about 25 minutes' drive. After getting off, follow the road signs; 2. From the bus terminus at exit b of MTR Tung Chung station, take bus No.23 to Ngong Ping market. It's about 50 minutes' drive. After getting off, follow the road signs to "tea garden", and then walk for 15 minutes along the hiking path from its entrance. 3. Take the ferry from pier 6 in central to Mui Wo on Lantau Island, and then transfer to bus No.2 to Ngong Ping. When you arrive, face the Great Buddha in the temple of heaven, follow the path on the left, and press the sign for about 15 minutes.
