Santan Waterfall Scenic Spot is located in Lishan Town, 28 kilometers east of Yuanqu County. The scenic spot can be accessed by class IV Highway. There are not only the beautiful legends of Emperor Yao and Emperor Shun, but also the beautiful fairy mountains and waters. Houhe Reservoir Scenic Area is closely connected with Santan Waterfall Scenic Area. It is located at the foot of the mountain in the northwest of Lishan natural eco-tourism area. It is composed of two plates: reservoir sightseeing and virgin forest exploration. Houhe Reservoir is the compensation project of Xiaolangdi Reservoir on the Yellow River, with a dam height of 72.6 meters and a total reservoir capacity of 13.75 million cubic meters. Standing at the foot of the dam, the majestic and tall dam body stands in front of us like a cliff.
