Nima temple is one of the Yellow temples of Gelug Sect in Tibetan Buddhism. It is the earliest Tibetan Buddhist temple in Maqu County and one of the 108 temples in Labrang private temple.

Nima Temple
Nima temple, the Ningma sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Its full name is qudennema temple. Located in Changlong Township, Gangba County, Shigatse, it is the earliest temple in Gangba county. It was built in the Tubo Period, destroyed during the cultural revolution, and restored after 1980.
It faces north from south. It is 46 meters long from east to west and 30 meters wide from north to south. On the west side of the courtyard are two-story Sutra hall and Buddha Hall. There is a porch in front of the Sutra hall. The area of the hall is 4 columns. It is 7.5 meters long from north to South and 4.5 meters wide from east to west. On the front there is a pedestal 2.5 meters long, 1.2 meters wide and 1 meter high. On the pedestal there is a shrine for lotus peanuts and two clay statues of concubines. On the south side of the courtyard are two Dharma temples, which are 6 meters long from east to west, 4 meters wide from south to north, and 4 pillars in area. In the southwest corner of the temple on the west side, there is an underground cave with a width of 1.5 square meters. There are no statues or murals in the temple. There is a pagoda about 3 meters high between the temple and the Sutra hall. The east side of the courtyard is the monk's house.
