Jingdong No.1 hot spring is located in Dachang Industrial Park of Jingdong. The well depth of "Jingdong No.1 hot spring" is 3200 meters. The water temperature reaches 62 ℃ and the daily water yield is 4500-6000 cubic meters. The water temperature has reached the standard of hot spring medical mineral water. Identified by Beijing Institute of geological engineering exploration and testing center of Beijing Bureau of Geology and mineral resources, the water quality of the hot spring is excellent, belonging to the older water with deep underground circulation. According to experts' appraisal, the hot spring water can make skin white and tender, effectively remove skin necrosis cells and pollution factors, and delay skin aging.

On September 5, 2007, through the test report No: 07r179 ᦇ of the laboratory of Beijing Institute of geological engineering investigation, it was concluded that the contents of fluoride, radium, hydrogen sulfide, salinity and temperature in Jingdong first hot spring water were 10.0 mg / L, 0.444bq/l, 7.43 mg / L, 659 mg / L and 62 ℃ respectively, which met the naming conditions specified in the code for geological exploration of natural mineral water (GB / t13727-92) For fluorine, radium, hydrogen sulfide type light hot spring water.
