Jiyan is located in beibaiyun Township, Yongtai County, 23 kilometers away from the county seat. According to the records of Fujian Tongzhi, during the Five Dynasties, the king of Fujian knew that his concubine was buried here, so it was called Jiyan. It is also said that the immortal alchemy here, Dan Cheng has five chickens flying to guard, also known as "chicken rock". It was built in the Zhenghe period of the Northern Song Dynasty (1111-1117) and rebuilt in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty (1580). There are main hall, Zen room, sutra Pavilion, Xiangji hall, Xianzhao mansion and dream Pavilion. There is a stone room near the temple, where "three real people" are worshipped. The buildings in the temple are mostly made of rosewood, which looks like landscape flowers.

Located 7.5km west of Baiyun Township, Yongtai County, it is the burial place of Wang Shenzhi, king of Fujian, so it is named. It is also said that the immortal alchemy here, Dan Cheng order five chicken guard, so it is also known as "chicken rock". The temple was built in 1111, the first year of Zhenghe in Song Dynasty, and rebuilt by Huang yingdou in 1241-1252. In 1471, the monks prayed for rain and set themselves on fire. The temple was burned down. In 1580, it was rebuilt again. Cao Xuequan, a famous scholar, inscribed "Lai Tiantai" on the wall. In 1785, Huang Ren, a township official, initiated the third reconstruction. In 1981, the villagers repaired it again. The present buildings are: Daxiong hall, Chanfang, Xiangji, Xianjun mansion, Mengting and Daxuan hall, etc. In addition to the destruction of the "servant girl green building" advocated by Huang Wenhuan, a rural official in the late Ming Dynasty, which left the site and has not yet been restored, most of the other buildings are intact, and a few of them still retain the architectural style of the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties.
There are 20 famous scenic spots around Jiyan. About three kilometers up the mountain from Baiyun, there is a natural giant stone lying on the stream, which is called "single wooden bridge"; when you cross the bridge to "XiaoTaoYuan", there are two cliffs with gloomy trees; when you walk several steps to "Linyu pool" (also known as Yinhong pool), the water flows down from the top of the rock, like a thousand thousand pieces of exercise, twinkling. Dengshideng, see cliff, cliff if eaves, namely "LuoHANYAN". Yanshangguan Tianyang is the land where the monks eat and drink. Crossing the bridge is the "big Taoyuan" with lush trees and mountains. Zigzag and upward, the rock fantasy is "Putuo rock". Another hundred steps to "Tianmen", two cliffs, such as a stone gate. Huang Ren, a rural official, carved the word "Tianmen". The ancient trees along the road occupy nearly one mu of shade. There are several small holes on the right side of the stone wall, which are called "Danzao" or "leiqidong". Chen Shu, Song Shi Lang, wrote: "the first family of immortals". On the left side of the cave, there are three natural rocks, which are similar to the costumes of Liu, Guan and Zhang Xu of the Three Kingdoms. On the stone wall behind the stove, there is a trickle of spring water, saying: "Pearl curtain". A few more steps ahead, there was a stone beside the road, up and down, saying, "put the boat.". Further forward, there is a "gujiyan" stele on the hanging rock, which was erected by Xie Zhaohe, a famous man in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty. Turning in, there is the site of "servant girl green building" carved by Huang Ren in Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty. On the left is Jiyan temple. Dozens of steps away from the temple, there is a stone like dragon named "platform", which is engraved with four characters of "twenty wonders" and 26 characters of "Wanli Bingchen three mountains, Xie Zhaohe, Chen Minghe, Wang Kunzhong, Xu youjiyan, looking for the Dragon Cave and returning" on the stone wall. There is "Guanyin rock" beside the platform. The cliff is steep and carved with the statue of Guanyin. There is a stone in front of it, which looks like a hanging bell. It is called "hanging bell rock" (also known as Golden Chicken cover). Across the platform, there is a stone like tile. It stretches for several feet. You can see all around. You can have a panoramic view of Jiyan. There is a stone chamber under it, which is dedicated to the three immortal Taoist people. Under a tile, the mountain road is rugged and can only accommodate enough. There is a "Dragon Cave", more than ten feet deep. Water gushes out from the dragon head, inheriting the gully, and the drought does not dry up. Out of the Dragon Cave, there is an "immortal library". In the hanging rock, it is said that it is the place where Ji Zi sleeps. The road is extremely dangerous. You can't enter without climbing. Visitors are rare. From Longdong back, there is a platform standing against a tile. Because there are seven ancient pine trees, it is called "ancient pine platform". There is a stone behind the stage, which is called "resounding stone". Half a mile to the left of the stone, there may be a "Yangluo cave". On the left side of the cave, there is a craggy Hill protruding from the mountain, with an altitude of 1237 meters. There are great lakes and small lakes at the foot of the mountain. The highest peak is azalea mountain, which is rich in Azalea. The two mountains are high and steep. You can see the villages of muyuan, Minjiang River and Minqing. On the right side of the rock, there is Wuji peak. On the top of the mountain, there are five stones, which are shaped like chickens. The above is about 20 scenes.
