Guangzhou style street

"Guangzhou style" street is a group of sculpture works, which is the masterpiece of Guangdong folk artist Mr. Wan Zhaoquan. The work integrates folk art and sculpture art. Hua Xiazhu

Huaxia column is located near the main gate of sculpture park. The work was created in 1996 by Tang Daxi. The characters and patterns engraved on the five granite columns concentrate the splendid culture of the Chinese nation for five thousand years and symbolize the five thousand years of Chinese civilization. A 50 ton granite boulder on the right is engraved with the words "Guangzhou Sculpture Park". There is a coniferous pine forest on the hillside of the park forest area. These pine trees were sown by plane in the 1950s. They are the only coniferous ecological pine forest left in Guangzhou.

The first Guangzhou Cherry Blossom Festival 2008 was held in Guangzhou Sculpture Park from February 4 to March 23, 2008.
