Guangdong Pharmaceutical University is the first public institution of higher learning in South China to offer modern pharmaceutical education and undergraduate pharmacy major. Its predecessor is Guangdong health cadre training college, which was founded in 1958. After 58 years of construction and development, the university has become one of the three pharmaceutical universities in China, and an important base for Guangdong Province to cultivate senior medical and health professionals and new drug R & D and achievement transformation.
