Jiangsu Youth Management Cadre College was formerly known as Jiangsu Youth League school. In 1987, with the approval of the provincial government and the National Education Commission, Jiangsu Youth Management Cadre College was established, which is the same organizational system as Jiangsu Youth League school and listed in the National Education University sequence. In September 1999, with the approval of the Provincial Department of education, it began to recruit senior high school graduates of the national education general high school series. It is a three-year college and a public college. On January 10, 2001, our college was formally incorporated into the Party School of Jiangsu provincial Party committee (Jiangsu Administrative College). Under the direct guidance of the Education Department of Jiangsu Province, with the continuous expansion of the scale of the college, it has gradually developed from a single enrollment of high school students and general high school students to a simultaneous enrollment of high school students, general high school students and distance education undergraduates.

The Party School of Jiangsu provincial Party committee (Jiangsu Administrative College) and our college implement the teaching management mode of sharing educational resources and unified allocation of teachers. All students admitted by our college can voluntarily transfer to urban hukou according to the regulations. The college sets up scholarships for students with excellent character and learning.
