Wuhan language and culture vocational college is approved by the people's Government of Hubei Province, registered by the Ministry of education, Hubei second normal university. The college is characterized by foreign languages, foreign affairs and information technology.

The college is located in the hinterland of Optics Valley in Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone, adjacent to the main campus of Hubei second normal university. It fully shares and complements Hubei second normal university in terms of teachers, equipment, management and other school running resources.
