[plant morphology] Cucurbitaceae polybracteata
Climbing evergreen vines, up to 10 m long. The stems and vines are gray green, with small lenticels, and the branchlets are covered with yellowish brown hairs. Leaves alternate, oblong, 4-15 cm long, 2-3.5 cm wide, apex acuminate, base broadly cuneate to round, entire, few glabrous above, densely covered with yellowish brown pubescence below, lateral veins protruding on both sides of leaves, such as ribs. The flowers are small, yellow, with several flowers in a cluster, opposite to the leaves. Fruit globose, about 1.5 cm in diameter, stipe about 3 cm long, all covered with yellow hairs.
Born in the valley roadside, wet forest. It is distributed in Yunnan and other places.
