Pei Jingfu
Pei Jingfu (1854-1924) was born in Xindian, Huoqiu County, Anhui Province. Guangxu 12 years (1886) Jinshi. He was once the magistrate of Lufeng, Panyu, Chaoyang and Nanhai counties in Guangdong. He was jealous of Cen Chunsheng, then the governor of Guangdong and Guangdong, for collecting calligraphy and painting antiques, and was forced to stay away from Macao. CEN still dismissed him and put him in Nanhai prison. Shangzou court said that "the magistrate of Guangdong and Guangxi, Pei is the corrupt leader, relying on external forces, flouting the national law", but there is no evidence, can not be re judged, so far garrison in Xinjiang. When he arrived in Xinjiang, he was appointed as the acting director of the telegraph Bureau. In the early years of the Republic of China, he was the governor of Anhui Province. In his later years, he resigned to live in his hometown and amused himself by collecting paintings, calligraphy and antiques.
Pei Jingfu has a rich collection and profound appreciation. Those with the seal of "boqian Jingyan" are ordinary works, "Pei's collection" are treasures (intermediate products), "real pearl and horse" are divine products (top products). Those who call themselves "Pei's four treasures" include Wang shigu's "Yellow River Basin map" and "canal map", Zhong Taifu's "some table" and Wang Xizhi's "preface to Luoshui Lanting". He is one of the collectors of cultural relics in modern China. His works include Zhuang Tao's books and paintings, he Hai's Kunlun's books, Xie Zhou's poems, etc. He died of illness in the 13th year of the Republic of China.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the descendants gave up the Yellow River Basin map and were rewarded by the people's government.
