Chen Zisheng
Chen Zisheng (1614-1692) was named Qiao Sheng and Zhongzhou. Nanhai Shabei Village (now known as Shabei community, Jinsha street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou).
Life of the characters
Chen Zisheng, the younger brother of Chen Zizhuang, was born in 1614, the 42nd year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty. "He is good at guqin, can play Wuji, nine palaces and thirteen tunes, and his music is wonderful". Lingnan QinQu "water journey to the East" is his work. Yongdiachronic to all the students to teach the military branch to the matter, in Jiujiang, Guangdong Province to fight against the Qing Dynasty. After the defeat, Chen Zizhuang was cut off by Tong Yangjia, and Chen Zisheng hid in the mountains with his mother. He was not an official in Qing Dynasty, poor in his later years, and became a monk in Lushan.
Main works
His works include 23 volumes of Zhongzhou Caotang poems and 1 volume of Yanji.
