Li Guojiang, male, was born in Anda City, Heilongjiang Province in 1968. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Shipbuilding Engineering in 1989 and was assigned to work in the 10000 ton ethylene oxide project in Jiamusi. In 1993, he was transferred to the Chemical Technology Laboratory of Hebei University of technology.
