Huang Ji
Huang Ji (about 15th century A.D.) was born in Sanshan (now Fujian Province). He was a court painter around Xuande (1426-1435 A.D.) and an official of Jinyi. He is good at writing characters, bold and unconstrained in style, and his pen is more incisive.
Main works

Collected by Beijing Palace Museum. this painting is self-evident: "written by Huang Ji, Fu Sanshan, Jinyi Town, zhirenzhi hall." The seals are "Hengmei" and "rijinqingguang". The figure in the picture seems to be Tieguai Li, one of the Eight Immortals in the legend. The protagonist's eyes are wide open and full of personality. The lines of his clothes are vigorous and smooth. The mountain stone texturing method is rigorous, and the pine trees are vivid. This picture has a typical courtyard style.
