Life history

Born in 1965, he graduated from the Department of military medicine of the First Military Medical University in 1986. He served as a resident doctor in the Department of Neurology of 106 Hospital of Jinan Military Region from 1986 to 1988. He graduated from the PLA Military Medical College in 1991 with a master's degree.
